Job Description
The role involves leading partner activation efforts in AI for Celonis, building strategic relationships, advocating the company's AI value propositions, and driving business growth through collaborative solutions and thought leadership in the Process Intelligence domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand Celonis activation efforts with partners in the AI domain to drive partner interest and client business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, aligning Celonis capabilities with their strategic goals.
- Develop and articulate joint value propositions, solutions, and AI transformation programs with partners.
- Evolve and promote Celonis AI positioning and use cases through thought leadership and industry engagement.
- Collaborate with partner management and marketing teams to create activation plans, marketing materials, and success stories.
- Secure stakeholder buy-in by demonstrating Celonis platform capabilities and business value propositions.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant customer-facing experience in the areas of technology consulting and or AI strategy consulting, Solution Engineering, Solution Consulting
- Some initial exposure to software sales, business development and or partner management
- Exceptional communication skills towards technical, business and C-level stakeholders, including executive presence
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape and ability to communicate the business value behind technical value propositions
- Experience in consultative sales approaches with ability to quickly comprehend new topics and shape solution design accordingly
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving commercial outcomes
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to excite others and build strong relationships
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong self-motivation and organizational skills
- Ability to understand the client’s technical and functional challenges, and craft bespoke solutions
- Willingness to travel 10-20%
