Job Description
An Engineering Manager role responsible for leading a full stack team to develop innovative process mining and process intelligence applications, working on scalable, high-performance solutions that enhance business process analysis and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and grow the Knowledge Full Stack team to deliver product features
- Use technical judgment to prioritize and develop scalable, maintainable, and performant features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful product development
- Manage team performance and support career development of engineers
- Foster an engineering culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration
- Contribute to building the next generation of process mining and process insights tools
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in an Engineering Manager or technical leadership position leading projects and people
- Strong technical knowledge staff engineer-level knowledge of software engineering is expected
- Experience working with technologies like Angular, Java, Postgres, and microservices
- Strong communication skills in English, allowing you to collaborate smoothly with people across multiple roles and countries
- Ability to work earlier in the day to coordinate with Europe timezones
- Knowledge of day-to-day team organization methodologies like agile
- Ability to lead and make decisions to define the road ahead
- Ability to resolve technical conflicts when necessary, fostering a positive environment for escalations
- Ready to roll up your sleeves to help your team

Base salary range: 175,000 - 235,000 USD
