Job Description
The Lead Value Engineer - Banking is responsible for guiding customers through the value realization process using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, including identifying opportunities, building business cases, facilitating workshops, and driving platform adoption to achieve strategic business transformation and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects
- Build business cases and demos leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices
- Conduct value assessments and facilitate business value workshops
- Identify and qualify opportunities for process improvement using Celonis platform
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a core business transformation platform
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases
Requirements
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or in an Inhouse role such as Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP, with experience in implementing RPA and/or BI Tools and/or building Dashboards, Apps and Action Flows.
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations and timelines, managing multiple projects across different parts of the value journey, and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English and a professional appearance.
- Understanding of the Finance and or Supply Chain domain as well as strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- Expertise in the Finance and Banking industry with the ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities.
- A degree in Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program.
