Job Description
The role involves designing and implementing supply chain solutions using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, working closely with customers to optimize their supply chain operations, and providing technical and strategic support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect comprehensive supply chain solutions aligned with customer needs
- Collaborate with customers' supply chain experts to define target states and deliver value using the Celonis platform
- Provide presales support by articulating the strategic value of supply chain capabilities
- Guide solution architecture during project delivery, assess progress, and contribute additional use case ideas
- Identify and standardize key supply chain use cases to promote adoption across customers
- Share success stories and customer impact insights internally and externally
- Collaborate with product teams to inform future product development based on customer feedback
- Train internal teams to effectively position and deploy supply chain solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management for enterprises, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful and diverse use cases that have solved real-world problems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions, often under demanding deadlines.
- Experience with the implementation and roll-out of Supply Chain Software or Enterprise Resource Planning tools is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex supply chain concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholder groups, including non-technical audiences.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable and easily extensible solutions that address long-term customer needs.
- Fluency in German is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
