Job Description
The role involves delivering technical training and enablement programs on Celonis Process Mining technology to partners and customers, primarily in the India region, to help them generate value from the platform through engaging and innovative learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead live enablement workshops
- Develop and deliver customized enablement journeys
- Consult with partners and customers on using the Celonis Platform to generate value
- Create and deliver engaging training content and materials
- Assess and improve training approaches through quality assurance and feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand their enablement needs
Requirements
- Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience in creating and delivering training to diverse audiences
- Experience in technical training, including developing enablement journeys and delivering hands-on training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Ability to quickly learn new topics and concepts
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Passion for learning, knowledge transfer, Big Data, and Data Analytics
- Experience evaluating complex data and working with intricate processes
