The role involves developing and delivering sales enablement programs to support the EMEA sales team, including onboarding, coaching, content creation, and performance measurement, to drive sales productivity and growth within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales leaders to identify and address regional development needs
Design and deliver regional enablement programs, including onboarding and skill development
Support sales coaching and deal strategy for account executives
Create and curate sales enablement content leveraging company tools
Implement and track enablement initiatives, measuring their impact for continuous improvement
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
At least 4 years of experience in software sales within the sales industry and ideally have led a sales team
Experience in Celonis GTM is a plus
Good experience with the most common Sales Celonis sales tools Salesforce, Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Cognis and Zoominfo
Ideally have experience working with Sales Enablement Platforms, with Seismic preferred
Excellent communication skills, including being a clear and frequent communicator and having excellent presentation skills
Ability to gain buy-in and alignment from stakeholders
Working knowledge of sales methodologies, with demonstrable experience with MEDDPICC
Independent, outcome, and goal-oriented, with the ability to deliver and exceed defined timelines through disciplined execution
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other Celonauts to resolve blockers
Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages such as German, French, or Spanish is an advantage
