Job Description
The role involves leading supply chain management projects using Celonis' process mining and AI technology to analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain and operational processes, delivering measurable business value and driving digital transformation for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agile project teams to accelerate digital transformation in supply chain and operations processes
- Identify strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights and actions for customers
- Implement Celonis software solutions, including data modeling, transformations, and KPI development
- Use Celonis technology to identify inefficiencies and root causes in supply chain processes
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and define performance measures
- Quantify business and financial potential and present findings to stakeholders
- Automate tasks to improve supply chain resilience and process conformance
- Manage customer expectations, project planning, and deliver training for long-term success
Requirements
- 8 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution Data Consulting, or Process Improvement Consulting within Software Vendors, Consulting firms, or System Integrators, ideally with exposure to supply chain or operations domains
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions data models
- Strong knowledge of data-related languages SQL required, other programming languages such as Python are a plus
- Understanding of supply chain processes e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, production planning, logistics, or inventory management and related financial metrics
- Knowledge of standard ERPs SAP, Oracle, etc. is a strong plus
- Willingness to develop deep expertise on the Celonis solution through continuous learning
- Strong consulting skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers across supply chain, operations, and IT functions
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Fluency in German and English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable program
