Job Description
A Lead Consultant at Celonis is responsible for leading implementation projects, translating customer business objectives into technical solutions using process mining and AI technologies, and driving digital transformation and process improvements for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agile project teams to implement Celonis solutions and drive digital transformation for customers
- Conduct business workshops to translate customer objectives into high-impact use cases
- Coordinate with Data Operations to connect solutions to customer IT environments and manage data extractions
- Lead the implementation of Celonis projects, including data modeling, transformations, process analysis, and KPI development
- Utilize Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes in collaboration with customers
- Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve process efficiency and success KPIs
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present findings to management
- Automate tasks to enhance process conformance and drive value
- Manage customer expectations, project planning, and customer training to ensure long-term success
Requirements
- 7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution Data Consulting or Process Improvement Consulting, within Software Vendors, Consulting firms or System integrators
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Data models
- Knowledge of data related languages SQL required
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python is a plus
- A strong appetite for value driven approaches including KPIs definition, business case calculations, value realization approaches and Data topics
- Experience with Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- General understanding of companies' business processes and related financial metrics and willingness to learn in this area
- Knowledge of standard ERPs SAP and related business processes such as Order to cash and Procure to pay is a strong plus
- Willingness to develop strong expertise on solutions through continuous learning
- Strong consulting skills and ability to interact with various customers during business workshops and solution demonstrations
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and quick learner
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
