Job Description
The role involves supporting global professional services programs by creating communication assets, coordinating workshops, analyzing program effectiveness, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance customer enablement and product adoption within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Celonis Professional Services communications assets
- Coordinate global and regional workshops and CS programs, including scheduling, content preparation, and post-session reporting
- Support stakeholder management by liaising with relevant teams for requirements gathering and feedback
- Analyze program compliance and produce reports for leadership review
- Understand and contribute to the rollout of Celonis technical solutions through various initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with SaaS sales, customer success, or consulting is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience or coursework in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Passionate and proactive individual eager to learn and contribute.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across timezone gaps.
- Ability to complete tasks with diligence and attention to detail without losing the big picture.
- Structured work approach with the ability to quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to work and communicate effectively.
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented working style.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English; proficiency in German, Spanish, or other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of Communications Platforms (experience with EXP is a plus).
