Job Description

A strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in the DACH region to drive growth, demand generation, and brand awareness for a SaaS company, while leading and mentoring a regional marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and mentor the DACH Marketing team including Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Advocacy, and Campaigns
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to define and implement the regional marketing strategy
  • Deliver a high-quality demand pipeline aligned with sales objectives
  • Manage regional marketing spend and budget to maximize ROI
  • Analyze demand generation data to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and localize regional marketing plans leveraging global campaigns
  • Coordinate integrated marketing efforts including brand awareness, events, partnerships, and digital marketing
  • Execute partner marketing programs and activities
  • Create scalable marketing programs to position Celonis in key industries
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials
  • Manage and develop the Customer Advocacy pipeline with success stories and advocates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of the DACH market and its unique business landscape.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver tangible business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform strategy and measure success.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of partnering effectively with local and global teams.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Experience in using AI in Marketing to generate and advance pipeline, create content and highly customized customer experiences and predictive analytics.
  • 7 years of B2B Marketing Experience with a preference for a scaleup-mindset and expertise in data management, analytics and SaaS environment.
