People Analytics Graduated Internship (12 months)

As a People Analytics Working Student, you will report to the Head of Strategic Intelligence & Business Partnering and analyze workforce data to uncover insights on turnover, engagement, and hiring trends. You will work alongside the company’s central analytics team to generate high-impact insights using advanced analytics tools. Additionally, you will help build data dashboards and maintain regular HR reports. This role offers hands-on experience with data visualization and HR systems.

• Graduated Bachelor’s- or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience with data analysis through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular work.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL; working knowledge of Python is a plus
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Gemini or Claude for productivity and analysis tasks
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data management best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Clear communication skills — ability to translate data findings into understandable insights for non-technical audiences
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Background or strong interest in HR Management
• Ability to work one-site from the Madrid Office
• Available to work 40h / week for 12 months
