Job Description
The role involves serving as a strategic technical advisor to top clients, translating complex business needs into innovative technical solutions, and leading enterprise modernization initiatives using emerging technologies like AI and cloud architecture. It requires high-level engagement with C-suite stakeholders and driving technological innovation to align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, aligning strategic goals with technical vision
- Lead data, cloud, and innovation strategy for global accounts using methodologies like Capability Mapping
- Architect solutions using emergent technologies such as Agentic AI to address enterprise challenges
- Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition and strategic up-selling in collaboration with Sales
- Provide feedback to Product Engineering teams to influence product development based on customer insights
- Develop and deliver customer-facing position papers, assets, and presentations to establish thought leadership
Requirements
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience, ideally having served as a CTO CIO within a major corporation or as Field CTO at a major software vendor
- Proven track record of presenting complex technical visions to C-suite stakeholders in a way that emphasizes business value
- Deep experience in Enterprise Modernization, EA Methodologies, and a robust understanding of Agentic AI
- Ability to pivot from high-level architecture diagrams to hands-on demo
- Excellent background in Data Architecture, API ecosystems, and cloud-native SaaS solutions like Salesforce and ServiceNow
- MSc degree in Computer Science or an equivalent IT-related field
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German, Spanish, French, or Italian is a strong advantage
