An Executive Programs Intern supports the planning and execution of high-level engagements with C-suite executives, gaining experience in event coordination, stakeholder management, and strategic customer marketing within a leading Process Intelligence company.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of executive engagements such as briefings, on-site visits, and roundtables
Coordinate event logistics including guest communication, scheduling, content preparation, and follow-up activities
Maintain and update executive contact databases for accuracy and usability
Develop tailored agendas, presentations, and materials for C-level audiences
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless program execution
Prepare reports and summaries to measure program impact and engagement outcomes
Conduct research on industry trends, accounts, and executives to support program personalization
Requirements
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal
A proactive mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
Comfort working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace
Experience with Salesforce or project management tools is a plus
Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to deliver high-quality work
