Job Description
A compliance and privacy coordinator role supporting Celonis in managing data privacy processes, ensuring adherence to global regulations, and assisting with ethics compliance initiatives within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate compliance privacy-related processes and support their optimization
- Manage data subject requests
- Oversee monthly reporting of Key Performance Indicators related to privacy compliance
- Support strategic initiatives and ISO audits such as ISO27701
- Ensure comprehensive documentation for accountability purposes
- Monitor, research, and recommend actions regarding applicable laws and regulations worldwide
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve compliance and company goals
Requirements
- Student of business administration, IT security, law or a related discipline
- Valuable experience in project leadership, business processes analysis, and optimization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Foundational understanding of data privacy and a strong desire to learn about other compliance areas
- Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence in engaging diverse stakeholders
- Analytical thinker who thrives in fast-moving environments and possesses a quick grasp of new information
- Capable of independent work and managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Additional languages, especially German, are a plus
