Job Description
A Business Development Representative at Celonis is responsible for identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and strategic engagement, supporting the company's growth in the DACH region by driving sales and building relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in designated territories.
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calling, emailing, and social strategies.
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain and organize an annual book of business.
- Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and book sales appointments.
Requirements
- A BA or BS degree from a top university or equivalent
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in business development, sales, consulting, or a related field
- Ability to prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies
- Ability to drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Ability to maintain and organize an annual book of business
- Ability to produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed
- Native German language skills or equivalent and business proficiency in German
- English language proficiency at a professional level
