Job Description

A Business Development Representative at Celonis is responsible for identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and strategic engagement, supporting the company's growth in the DACH region by setting up qualified meetings and evangelizing the Process Intelligence Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in specific territories.
  • Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies.
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain and organize an annual book of business.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
  • Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers to book sales appointments and influence revenue.

Requirements

  • A BA or BS degree from a top university or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of full-time experience in business development, sales, consulting, or a related field
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed, with a track record of being an out-performer
  • Native German language proficiency or equivalent and business proficiency in English
  • Experience in prospecting into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies
  • Experience in driving sales growth and pipeline development by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Ability to maintain and organize an annual book of business
  • Ability to produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
