Job Description
The Ecosystem Solution Manager at Celonis is responsible for working with partners and their clients to facilitate digital transformation using process mining and AI technologies, providing expert advisory, developing data-driven insights, and driving the adoption of Celonis platform features to generate business value and support global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with partners and end-customers to facilitate digital transformation and expand Celonis adoption
- Accelerate partner adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence Graph through data analysis and process insights
- Identify strategic use cases, build analyses, and generate process improvements for clients
- Enable partners to utilize advanced product features and develop innovative solutions
- Co-develop joint solutions, platform innovations, and partner applications for scalable adoption
- Align partner technology roadmaps with Celonis solutions and prepare partners for market deployment
- Engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-Level executives
- Provide pre-sales support and coaching for strategic opportunities
- Advise on project management, data transformations, and analysis to maximize business value
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in SQL and other programming languages e.g., Python, R, or MATLAB.
- Excellent analytical skills as well as a strong interest or experience in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Client-facing Project Management experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans, risk issue action logs, and driving problem resolution in partnership with partners, customers, and executives.
- In-depth business process understanding, such as supply chain, financial services, IT service management.
- Prior experience in working with or at some of the world’s largest global service integrators, such as Accenture, IBM, or SAP, is a big plus.
- Native Japanese language skills and strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner.
- Ability to interpret business processes and stakeholder management to consult partners and customers in jointly generating business value.
- Ability to manage and advise on engagements with partners and their end-customers, including identifying strategic use cases, building analyses, and generating process improvements.
- Ability to enable partners to employ the most advanced product features of the Celonis Process Intelligence Graph.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner from technical experts through the C-suite.
- Business acumen supporting understanding client needs, identifying value drivers, and delivering strategic, impact-driven recommendations.
