Job Description
The Ecosystem Consultant at Celonis is responsible for advising partners and clients on digital transformation initiatives using process mining and data analysis, driving product adoption, and delivering innovative process insights to maximize business value across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advisory services to partners and end-customers to facilitate digital transformation.
- Collaborate with project teams to accelerate partner adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence Graph.
- Perform data transformations, conduct analyses, and develop data-driven process insights using SQL and complex data models.
- Identify strategic use cases, build analyses, and generate process improvements to create business value.
- Enable partners to utilize advanced product features of the Celonis Process Intelligence Graph.
- Drive international expansion and strengthen Celonis' industry leadership through partner engagement.
Requirements
- Business fluency in English - both written and spoken; proficiency in any other language is a big plus
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Services, Management Consulting, Business Process Reengineering, Digital Transformation or similar areas, with at least one year of experience at a renowned strategy consultancy
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in Business Technology, Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or similar
- Strong ability in critical strategic thinking and problem solving, helping to quickly understand business problems and break them down into Celonis requirements
- Client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently
- Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans, risk issue action logs, and driving problem resolution in partnership with partners, customers, and executives
- In-depth understanding of business processes such as supply chain, financial services, and IT service management
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience with other programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB is highly desired
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong interest or experience in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand, persona-oriented manner to technical experts through C-suite
- Physical ability to perform roles that may involve data analysis and collaboration (implied by the nature of the role, though not explicitly stated)
