Job Description
The role involves leading strategic customer success initiatives within the Manufacturing Automotive industry, driving business transformation through data and process optimization, managing executive relationships, and ensuring the adoption and value realization of Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic clients in the Manufacturing Automotive industry.
- Engage with C-Level executives to define long-term vision and align Celonis solutions with their business transformation goals.
- Drive measurable business impact by ensuring adoption and value realization of Celonis platform within customer accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure proper staffing and resource allocation for customer engagements.
- Mentor and coach team members and customer organizations to increase platform adoption and maturity.
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including establishing program roadmaps and value plans.
- Resolve customer escalations efficiently by orchestrating internal teams and resources.
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and foster innovation.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company to align product development and service offerings with customer needs.
- Represent Celonis at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership activities to promote customer advocacy and brand presence.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Manufacturing Automotive industry.
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
- Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
- Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade through data, facts, and confidence.
- Proven ability to work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
- Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
- Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
