Job Description
The role involves leading customer success and strategic transformation initiatives within the Logistics Transportation industry by managing executive relationships, driving value realization, and fostering innovation using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic clients in the Logistics Transportation industry.
- Engage with C-Level executives to define long-term vision and align Celonis solutions with customer business strategies.
- Drive measurable business impact by promoting adoption and value realization of the Celonis platform.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure proper staffing and resource allocation for customer engagements.
- Mentor and coach team members and customer organizations to increase platform adoption and maturity.
- Manage and resolve customer escalations, ensuring timely and effective internal team responses.
- Internalize customer strategies and targets to align Celonis delivery with business objectives.
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards and industry events to gather insights and promote thought leadership.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company to influence product development and service offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Logistics Transportation industry.
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
- Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
- Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
- Knowledge of how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
- Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
- Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customer stakeholder needs.
