Job Description
The role involves leading strategic customer success initiatives within the Logistics Transportation industry, driving business transformation through data and process optimization, managing executive relationships, and ensuring the adoption and value realization of Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic clients in the Logistics Transportation industry.
- Engage with C-Level executives to define long-term vision and align Celonis solutions with customer business strategies.
- Drive measurable business impact by promoting platform adoption and supporting transformational initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring proper resource allocation and engagement.
- Mentor and coach team members and internal resources to increase platform adoption and customer value realization.
- Manage end-to-end customer value journey, including establishing program roadmaps and value plans.
- Resolve escalations efficiently by orchestrating internal teams and internalizing customer strategies and targets.
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and improve products and services.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership activities to promote customer advocacy.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Logistics Transportation industry or similar industries.
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
- Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
- Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
- Knowledge of how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
- Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
- Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customer stakeholder needs.
