Job Description

The role involves leading customer success initiatives for strategic clients in the Manufacturing and Automotive industries, driving business transformation through process mining and AI solutions, managing executive relationships, and fostering innovation to maximize value and adoption of Celonis' platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic manufacturing and automotive clients.
  • Engage with C-level executives to define long-term vision and align Celonis solutions with customer strategies.
  • Drive measurable business impact through process transformation and platform adoption.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure proper staffing and resource allocation for customer engagements.
  • Mentor and coach team members to support their success and improve team performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including value realization and adoption of Celonis platform.
  • Resolve customer escalations efficiently by orchestrating internal teams.
  • Internalize customer strategies and targets to align Celonis delivery with business objectives.
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and foster innovation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company to influence product development and service offerings.
  • Represent Celonis at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Manufacturing Automotive industry.
  • Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
  • Knowledge of how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
  • Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
  • Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
  • Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
  • Are self-motivated, proactive team player.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
