Job Description
A Business Development Intern at Celonis will support demand generation campaigns, develop strategic programs to engage potential clients, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive pipeline growth and revenue in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design vertical programs and plays for top of funnel engagement and pipeline growth in new accounts
- Oversee the execution of global campaigns promoting Celonis events
- Identify initiatives and prepare proposals to drive growth within the BDR organization
- Operationalize initiatives from conception to implementation
- Coordinate with demand generation and marketing teams to create supporting assets for BDR plays
- Manage BDR assets and maintain asset repositories
- Build and optimize dashboards to monitor program performance
- Prepare presentations and materials for executive communications
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, or a related field
- Demonstration of leadership in a prior role
- Be coachable, competitive, and have intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including high-level communications with internal and external contacts
- Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize work and tasks with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Demonstrate a passion for learning new things and continuous improvement
- Leadership skills and the ability to inspire
- High desire to build a career in sales leadership
