Job Description
A Business Development Intern at Celonis will assist in designing and executing demand generation campaigns, support pipeline growth initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive enterprise sales opportunities within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee vertical programs and plays for top-of-funnel engagement and pipeline growth
- Coordinate the execution of global campaigns promoting Celonis events
- Identify initiatives and prepare proposals to drive growth within the BDR organization
- Operationalize demand generation initiatives from conception to implementation
- Manage creation and maintenance of BDR assets and repositories
- Coordinate with marketing to develop supporting assets for BDR campaigns
- Build and optimize dashboards to monitor program performance
- Prepare presentations and materials for executive communication
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, or a related field
- Demonstration of leadership in a prior role
- Be coachable, competitive, and have intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including high-level communications with internal and external contacts
- Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize work and tasks with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Demonstrate a passion for learning new things and continuous improvement
- Leadership skills and the ability to inspire
- High desire to build a career in sales leadership
