Job Description
The Business Development Representative at Celonis is responsible for identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities, evangelizing the Process Intelligence Platform, and supporting sales growth through prospecting, account management, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in assigned accounts and verticals
- Act as a champion for the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, demonstrating its capabilities and value to customers
- Use modern tools and strategies to prospect and connect with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and social channels
- Generate sales pipeline by setting up qualified meetings and expanding customer relationships
- Own and manage a defined territory, developing new accounts and growing existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define strategies, promote campaigns, and follow up on leads
- Support complex sales cycles by engaging multiple lines of business within enterprise accounts to build support and consensus
Requirements
- Have a BA BS from a top university or equivalent
- Possess 1-3 Years of sales experience or business development experience in a SaaS organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders and tell a compelling story
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A results-driven attitude with a strong desire to compete and exceed targets
- Highly coachable and eager to learn
- Ability to effectively multithread different lines of business within complex enterprise accounts to build broad support and consensus

Base salary range of $58,500 - $60,000 USD (location-based)
