Job Description
A Full Stack Engineer at Celonis is responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features and server-side components of the Process Intelligence platform, focusing on creating scalable, high-quality applications that help users analyze and optimize business processes through innovative data and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and test new features using Angular TypeScript
- Develop and maintain server-side components with Java Spring Boot
- Participate in product and design discussions to understand user and business needs
- Contribute to shared components and core architecture
- Identify and fix bugs and performance issues
- Build, launch, and maintain features in the production environment
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance process modeling and insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 0-1 years of software development experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion and motivation to learn and grow as a software engineer
- Experience in implementing and testing new features in Angular TypeScript
- Experience in helping develop and maintaining server-side components using Java Spring Boot
- Ability to learn and use development tools and environment such as Nx, Jest, OpenAPI, Docker, shell, etc.
- Ability to participate in product and design discussions to understand user and business goals
- Ability to contribute to shared components and core architecture with guidance and support
- Ability to assist in identifying and fixing bugs and performance issues
- Ability to write clean, understandable, and testable code with a focus on quality and best practices
- Ability to actively participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback
- Ability to help build, launch, and maintain features in a production environment
- Willingness to learn from teammates through mentorship, collaboration, and code reviews

Base salary range: 134,000 - 181,000 USD (in California, based on full-time schedule)
