Job Description
A Business Development Representative at Celonis is responsible for identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and engagement, supporting the growth of the company's Process Intelligence Platform in specific territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in designated territories.
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calling, emailing, and social strategies.
- Drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain and organize an annual book of business.
- Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and book sales appointments.
Requirements
- A BA or BS degree from a top university or equivalent experience.
- Experience in business development, sales, or related field experience, including full-time roles or relevant internships.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Able to take initiative and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed, with a track record of being a true out-performer.
- Native German language proficiency or equivalent, and business proficiency in English.
- Experience producing creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments and influence company revenue.
