Job Description
The role involves supporting customer engagements by developing AI-driven solutions within the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, demonstrating value to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive process improvements and innovation in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the APAC Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Execute proof projects to showcase value, quantify business impact, and present findings to senior executives
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted technical and business advisor
- Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development and innovation
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to the APAC region to meet clients and support customer success
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, Mathematics, or other related fields, along with valuable work internship experience.
- Have a passion for technology, data, and AI and the impact it can have on the world.
- Possess at least basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Have any exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules would be a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
- Be able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Be focused on creating and adding value for customers.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute.
- Be able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Be confident to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Be willing to travel to the APAC region to meet clients in person.
- Be an effective communicator and fluent in English and Korean, if applying for the Korean market.
