Job Description
The AI Deployment Architect at Celonis is responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling innovative AI solutions using the Process Intelligence platform, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver value, drive product adoption, and inform future development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and scale AI solutions and automations using the Process Intelligence platform
- Collaborate with customers to understand their problems and align AI solutions with their strategy
- Prototype, develop, and implement AI solutions including machine learning and LLM-based models
- Identify and package scalable AI use cases to expand offerings and drive innovation
- Share AI success stories internally and with customers
- Define and lead execution on AI Lighthouse customer roadmaps
- Work closely with Product Engineering and Business Apps teams to inform future product development
- Train internal teams on positioning and deploying AI solutions
- Architect end-to-end deployments encompassing AI and process automation
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and/or respective Software deployment.
- Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or alternatively in an Inhouse role such as within a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in production level acceptance testing and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable and easily extensible solutions.
- Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution technology for the respective customer pain point.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field.
