Job Description
A role focused on developing and shaping supply chain business applications by working closely with customers, product teams, and engineering to create innovative solutions that improve supply chain processes, particularly in production and planning, using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer pain points in Supply Chain, focusing on Production and Production Planning
- Participate in all stages of product development from ideation to scaling solutions
- Develop innovative solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform in the area of Production
- Collaborate with platform product managers and engineers to influence feature development
- Define user experience in collaboration with the UX team
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Business Analytics, Operations Research or comparable roles
- Expertise in data analysis including with tools native to the Celonis platform such as SQL, PQL, and Python
- Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems, specifically with their respective production modules
- Experience working with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to work very closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
