Job Description
This role involves working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to develop and enhance supply chain business applications using Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform, focusing on production and planning processes to drive innovation and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer pain points in Supply Chain, focusing on Production and Production Planning
- Participate in all stages of product development from ideation to scaling solutions
- Develop innovative solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform in the area of Production
- Collaborate with platform product managers and engineers to influence feature development
- Define user experience in collaboration with the UX team
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Business Analytics, Operations Research or comparable roles
- Expertise in data analysis including with tools native to the Celonis platform such as SQL, PQL, and Python
- Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems, specifically with their respective production modules
- Experience working with MRP is a plus
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with project management experience
- Creativity in problem solving, solution-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and collaborate well within and outside the team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to work very closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
