Job Description
A strategic sales role focused on building and maintaining relationships with energy utilities companies in Germany and Austria, driving AI-enabled process intelligence solutions, managing complex sales cycles, and achieving significant revenue targets within the utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers in the Energy Utilities sector.
- Drive sales motions across the enterprise value chain focusing on industry-specific use cases.
- Translate customer challenges into AI-enabled use cases that demonstrate measurable value.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to build trusted relationships.
- Lead complex sales cycles by orchestrating cross-functional virtual teams.
- Achieve revenue targets by closing six- to seven-figure deals within assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Six years of relevant experience, ideally spanning both Management Consulting and SaaS sales, or a proven track record of success and career progression in either domain.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level (CFO, CPO, COO, etc.).
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of processes and KPIs within the Utilities industry.
- Solid understanding of the Energy Utilities sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
- Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team.
