Key Responsibilities
Collect and synthesize user data to generate insights.
Analyze data from usability studies, A/B tests, and other research methodologies.
Create prototypes, data visualizations, and automation tools to communicate research findings.
Tailor research presentations to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to integrate user research into decision-making processes.
Enhance research operations infrastructure for scalability and accessibility.
Contribute to user-centered training, resource development, and outreach to foster a learning culture.
Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Design, Engineering, Data Science, or a compelling narrative about an alternative chosen path.
Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, and data analysis.
A passion for hacking, exploring, and building creative solutions, whether through technical prototyping, scripting, or research tooling.
Ability to quickly pick up technical concepts, engage deeply with engineering and process optimization teams, and contribute to cross-functional discussions.
A strong alignment towards building research operations, systematizing best practices, and creating frameworks for broader knowledge-sharing.
