Job Description
This role involves providing senior client leadership, developing strategic relationships on large projects, and driving business growth within the health market, while leading project teams and promoting innovative design solutions aligned with the firm's Living-Centered Design philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop long-term client relationships on large Mega Projects and with premier clients.
- Drive successful project outcomes, financial performance, and client satisfaction through hands-on leadership.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including securing new net signed fee opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Lead and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions.
- Develop strategic understanding of client needs and coordinate internal experts to execute creative solutions.
- Collaborate with practice and market leaders to ensure business practices and financial goals are met.
- Mentor and develop emerging professionals, fostering an environment of leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements
- Must have at least 15 years of experience in the Health Market, preferably working in the A E I industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership, successful large project experience, and business development success.
- Must have previous experience in client leadership roles that have been connected to an office, market, or region, with multiple client relationships and large project success.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred.
- Experience developing new opportunities and building long-term relationships with premier clients, both new and existing.
- Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Exceptional client and people leadership skills.
- Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
- Some travel required.
