This role involves leading client relationships, business development, and team management within the Health Market sector for CannonDesign, focusing on strategic project delivery, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving firm growth through innovative design solutions and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage client relationships within the health market, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term engagement.
Develop and pursue new business opportunities with both new and existing clients to achieve top-line growth targets.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive work environments.
Strategically plan and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, state-of-the-art design solutions aligned with client needs.
Ensure financial success of projects by managing processes, resources, and business practices in collaboration with practice and market leaders.
Requirements
Must have at least 15 years of experience in the Health market with a proven track record of client and team leadership, and business development success.
Must have previous experience in client leadership roles that have been connected to an office, market, or region with multiple successful client relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
Additional certifications and/or training relevant to this role are preferred.
Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy is needed.
