Job Description
This role involves leading client relationships and business development within the Science and Technology market, managing project teams, and driving strategic growth for the firm while embodying the principles of Living-Centered Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships within the Science and Technology market, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term engagement.
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities with both new target clients and existing clients to achieve top line growth.
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering high performance and innovative design solutions.
- Develop strategic understanding of client needs and coordinate internal experts to deliver creative, state-of-the-art solutions.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to implement business practices, achieve financial goals, and support bottom-line growth.
Requirements
- Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Science and Technology Market, preferably working in the A E I industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering is preferred.
- Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
- Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
- Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
- Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Some travel required.

Salary range of $117,000 to $146,300 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses
