Job Description
This role involves leading client relationships and business development within the Science and Technology market, managing project teams, and driving strategic growth for the firm while promoting Living-Centered Design principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships within the Science and Technology market, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term engagement.
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities with both new target clients and existing clients to achieve top-line growth.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance to deliver innovative design solutions.
- Develop strategic understanding of client needs and coordinate internal experts to execute creative, state-of-the-art solutions.
- Support firm-wide business practices and goals, ensuring alignment with bottom-line initiatives.
Requirements
- Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Science and Technology Market, preferably working in the A E I industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering is preferred.
- Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
- Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
- Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
- Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Some travel required.

Salary range of $117,000 to $146,300 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses
