This position is a senior project management role focused on leading healthcare design projects, managing client relationships, overseeing project teams, ensuring quality and compliance, and driving business development within an architectural or engineering firm.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive client relationships and communicate project issues clearly
Lead project teams to achieve quality, budget, schedule, and profitability goals
Manage design, documentation, and implementation processes during construction
Coordinate and manage project scope, schedule, and budget using planning tools
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and enforce QA/QC standards
Mentor and manage team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Collaborate with all project stakeholders to develop project goals and work plans
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning
Participate in business development and client engagement activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related degree required.
Minimum of 10 years related experience required.
Previous experience on Healthcare projects is required.
Capability of performing in a project management role for single or multiple projects.
Licensure or registration in the United States preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Must have advanced knowledge in discipline.
Must possess business acumen.
Must have strong client leadership skills.
Strong project team management skills, capable of managing single or multiple projects.
Must be capable of leading and mentoring less experienced staff.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam as well as other data management software is required.
