Job Description
This position is a senior project management role within an architecture and design firm, responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, overseeing design and construction processes, ensuring quality and compliance, and contributing to business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop client relationships to generate future opportunities.
- Manage project teams to achieve quality, budget, schedule, and profitability goals.
- Oversee design, documentation, and implementation during construction.
- Coordinate project work plans, budgets, and schedules using tools like MS Project and Deltek.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and quality assurance/quality control standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through risk management planning.
- Mentor and manage team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Communicate project objectives, progress, and issues clearly to clients and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years related experience required.
- HCAI experience required.
- Capability of performing in a project management role for single or multiple projects.
- Licensure or registration in the United States preferred.
- LEED accreditation preferred.
- Must have advanced knowledge in discipline.
- Must possess business acumen.
- Must have strong client leadership skills.
- Strong project team management skills, capable of managing single or multiple projects.
- Must be capable of leading and mentoring less experienced staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam as well as other data management software is required.
