This role involves providing regional administrative leadership, supporting office staff, and ensuring efficient office operations across multiple locations, including process development, event coordination, staff management, and maintaining a professional, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide regional administrative leadership and support to office staff
Design and implement processes supporting firm policies and regional consistency
Coordinate office upgrades, moves, and openings
Promote engagement strategies and organize office events
Manage overhead, marketing costs, and resource requests
Lead office managers and administrative staff to deliver client-focused services
Create and maintain visitor greeting and front-of-house procedures
Ensure a professional, clean work environment and coordinate IT support
Oversee property management and regional office maintenance
Manage administrative staff tasks including scheduling, travel, contracts, and expense reports
Organize internal and external office events and milestone celebrations
Standardize inventory and supplies management
Support onboarding and training for new staff and office managers
Manage mail, delivery services, and courier logistics
Identify and resolve operational issues and inefficiencies
Train staff on software tools and ensure confidentiality and record retention compliance
Requirements
Minimum of eight years of relevant experience required with ten years of relevant experience preferred.
Minimum of two years of related supervisory experience required, with four years of related supervisory experience preferred.
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
Capability of performing in a leadership role for single and multiple offices with strong managerial skills.
Experience working in a professional services firm preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy with work.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative and deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
