The Marketing Team Lead at Facility Optimization Solutions supports business growth by leading proposal development, client engagement, team management, and marketing strategies within a professional services environment, with a focus on facility management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue target clients, opportunities, and growth strategies in collaboration with the Marketing and Leadership team.
Lead the development of comprehensive proposals to attract clients and grow market presence.
Manage proposal team’s workflow, calendar, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
Oversee the Simplebid Marketing team, providing leadership, engagement, and professional development.
Develop market-specific content for marketing pursuits and ensure quality control on proposals.
Create executive summary presentations highlighting project outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
Maintain and organize proposal content library and manage sales-to-service transition processes.
Establish and monitor marketing KPIs and oversee marketing research efforts.
Engage with firm leaders to identify shared client engagement opportunities outside formal procurement cycles.
Participate in strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and cross-regional collaboration within CannonDesign.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
7 years related experience in marketing, with market-specific experience being a significant advantage
Excellent written communication, editing, and research skills
Demonstrated success in marketing professional services and products regardless of industry
Related experience working in a marketing or communications role for a professional services firm
Must be proactive, self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about innovation
Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Solid skills in management, strategic thinking, and writing or design, with potential or interest to further develop in at least one of these areas
Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, CRM including Deltek CRM Vision and HubSpot

Salary range of $70,300 to $87,875 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses
