Job Description
This role involves leading client relationships within the Education Market, managing project teams, driving business development, and promoting innovative design solutions to ensure long-term success and growth for the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships within the Education Market, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with target clients and expand existing client accounts.
- Develop and lead collaborative project teams to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions.
- Strategize and plan to understand client needs and assemble expert teams to execute comprehensive solutions.
- Mentor and develop emerging professionals, fostering an environment of leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements
- Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Education industry, preferably working in the Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design (A E I) industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
- Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
- Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long-term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
- Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
- Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Some travel is required.
