This role involves leading client relationships within the Education Market, managing project teams, driving business development, and promoting innovative design solutions to ensure long-term success and growth for the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage client relationships within the Education Market, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term engagement.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with target clients and expand existing client accounts.
Develop and lead collaborative project teams to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions.
Strategize and plan to understand client needs and assemble expert teams to execute comprehensive solutions.
Mentor and develop emerging professionals, fostering an environment of leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements
Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Education industry, preferably working in the Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design (A E I) industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long-term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
Some travel is required.
