Job Description
This role involves leading client relationships and business development within the Education Market, managing project teams, and driving strategic growth for the firm through innovative design solutions and long-term client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop long-term client relationships within the Education Market, ensuring successful project outcomes and financial performance.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with target and existing clients to achieve top-line growth goals.
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, diversity, and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop strategic understanding of client needs and coordinate internal experts to deliver innovative, state-of-the-art solutions.
- Support firm-wide business practices and bottom-line initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in the Education Market, preferably working in the Architecture, Engineering, and Interior Design (A E I) industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
- Current Registration or Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred.
- Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
- Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long-term relationships with both new target clients and existing clients.
- Strong communication and leadership skills required.
- Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
- Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Some travel required.
