Job Description
This role involves leading client relationships and business development within the Education Market, managing project teams, and driving strategic growth for the firm through innovative design solutions and long-term client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships within the Education Market, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term engagement.
- Develop new business opportunities by pursuing target clients and expanding services with existing clients.
- Lead and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate across the firm to support strategic growth, market positioning, and service integration.
- Create and implement strategic plans to understand client needs and assemble expert teams for project execution.
Requirements
- Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Education Market, preferably working in the Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
- Current Registration or Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
- Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
- Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long-term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
- Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
- Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Some travel is required.
