Experience in guiding teams to help businesses navigate complex energy challenges, including market volatility, carbon reduction targets, and energy reliability.
Hands-on leadership experience in a sales environment.
Experience in partnering with talent acquisition to identify, hire, and develop top sales talent who align with the company's mission and culture.
Strong communication skills to foster open and honest communication within the team and organization.
