Job Description
This position involves collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and detail architectural projects using Revit and other design tools, with responsibilities including creating plans, elevations, and details, coordinating with engineering disciplines, and supporting project presentations and site observations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, coordinate, and detail architectural projects independently and as part of a team.
- Develop and manage REVIT models to produce plans, elevations, and sections across all project phases.
- Create preliminary design sketches and contribute to design and presentation efforts using various software tools.
- Coordinate project documents with other disciplines and assist in engineering system integration.
- Review shop drawing submittals and participate in field site observations and project meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
- Minimum 4 years of related professional experience required.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Must be able to independently develop and manage the REVIT model to produce plans, elevations, and sections.
- Must be able to produce REVIT section and plan details within all architectural phases with limited direction.
- Must be able to prepare preliminary design sketches of small to moderate-sized site plans.
- Must have a strong creative design portfolio.
- Must have strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Must be able to participate in the development of project’s technical or design characteristics and content.
- Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
- LEED accreditation preferred.
