This role involves leading regional operations and business practices across multiple offices within a multidisciplinary design firm, focusing on process standardization, resource optimization, staff development, and representing the company's Living-Centered Design ethos to clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional operations and business practices across multiple offices.
Implement firm-wide project management, legal, and process standards regionally.
Collaborate with Office Practice Leaders and Business Practice Directors to ensure regional alignment.
Standardize processes related to project delivery, technology, quality, and sustainability.
Assess, mentor, and support staff to improve project outcomes and success.
Manage resource optimization and staff development initiatives across the region.
Serve as a brand ambassador by demonstrating Living-Centered Design ethos in culture and client partnerships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience with a proven track record of office management success in the design industry
Strong communication and leadership skills with regional management experience
Business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy across multiple locations
Regular travel across the region is required
