Job Description
This role involves leading regional operations and business practices across multiple offices within a multidisciplinary design firm, focusing on process standardization, resource optimization, staff development, and representing the company's Living-Centered Design ethos to clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations and business practices across multiple offices.
- Implement firm-wide project management, legal, and process standards regionally.
- Collaborate with Office Practice Leaders and Business Practice Directors to ensure regional alignment.
- Standardize processes related to project delivery, technology, quality, and sustainability.
- Assess, mentor, and support staff to improve project outcomes and success.
- Manage resource optimization and staff development initiatives across the region.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by demonstrating Living-Centered Design ethos in culture and client partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with a proven track record of office management success in the design industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills with regional management experience
- Business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy across multiple locations
- Regular travel across the region is required
