Job Description
The Senior Loan Officer is responsible for originating home loans within a mortgage banking operation, providing excellent customer service, meeting sales quotas, and contributing to a dynamic team environment focused on sustainable solutions financing.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate home loans through the company's mortgage banking operation
- Provide a high-quality customer experience during the loan process
- Meet or exceed client expectations and sales quotas
- Utilize proprietary, AI-powered applications to facilitate customer communication and streamline operations
Requirements
- Possess a proven track record of meeting client expectations while achieving established company sales quotas.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Have consistent work habits.
- Be capable of originating home loans through an in-house mortgage banking operation.
- Be willing to work in a role that offers an aggressive compensation plan, including a base hourly rate of $16.90 plus commission.
- Possess the ability to offer a world-class experience to customers during the loan origination process.
