The role involves leading architectural design and technical development of projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance and quality standards, and contributing to business growth within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing within a multidisciplinary team.
Coordinate engineering systems with engineers and consultants to ensure integrated project deliverables.
Prepare design sketches for moderate to complex site plans.
Communicate project status, design intent, and construction updates to clients and stakeholders.
Participate in field site observations and visits.
Integrate performance-based and sustainable design strategies into projects.
Implement project delivery processes using established methods, standards, and tools.
Mentor less experienced team members and guide interns.
Enforce quality assurance and quality control standards to ensure technical quality and statutory compliance.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
Minimum 8 years of related professional experience required.
Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
Must possess business acumen.
Must be a critical thinker.
Must be highly analytical.
Must be a fully qualified professional able to perform work with a high degree of latitude, with some ambiguity in work.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
