Job Description
This role involves contributing to architectural design, coordination, and documentation within a multidisciplinary team, including site inspections, project management, and potentially leading team efforts, with a focus on innovative and sustainable design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing within a multi-disciplinary team
- Assist in coordinating engineering systems with engineers and consultants
- Maintain communication with the Owner and Consultants regarding project status, design intent, and concerns
- Prepare design sketches of moderate to complex site plans
- Ensure project documents are coordinated across disciplines
- Evaluate designs for code compliance and assist in plan check review and approvals
- Perform field site inspections and walk-throughs
- Coordinate with team members on project assignments
- Supervise, monitor, train, and direct work of interns and less experienced team members
- Take leadership roles in project team meetings and possibly in marketing proposals
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 6 years of related professional experience required.
- Council of Architecture - India certificate required.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Must be a fully qualified professional.
- Must possess technical capabilities.
- Must be able to perform work with some degree of latitude and with some ambiguity in work.
- Must have a strong creative design portfolio.
- Must be a critical thinker.
- Must be highly analytical.
- Must have strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
